Responsibilities:

• Run shifts effectively to provide exceptional food and guest service
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure a high-performing team
• Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated passion and leadership in the restaurant industry
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A genuine, enthusiastic personality
• 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience preferred
