Responsibilities
Support the rollout of B2B sales campaigns across field sales, telesales, and digital channels.
Prepare and coordinate campaign materials (campaign briefs, SKU lists, pricing summaries, sales messages).
Ensure campaign readiness before launch (timing, communication, basic system alignment).
Act as a coordination point between campaign owners and sales teams.
Support daily / weekly sales communication such as:
Campaign highlights.
Promotion reminders.
Focus SKUs and selling priorities.
Collect feedback from sales teams on campaign execution challenges.
Monitor campaign performance using basic dashboards or reports:
Sales results vs target.
Participation by area or channel.
Campaign uptake by SKU/category.
Prepare regular performance summaries for management or senior team members.
Support post‑campaign reviews by consolidating results and insights.
Coordinate with:
B2B Sales teams.
Commercial / Category teams.
Marketing or Pricing teams.
Follow up on action items to ensure campaigns are executed as planned.
Help standardize campaign execution templates and tools.
Identify recurring execution issues and propose practical improvements.
Support documentation of campaign processes and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in:
Sales operations.
Campaign coordination.
Commercial support.
Marketing operations.
Experience in B2B, FMCG, wholesale, retail, or foodservice is an advantage.
Exposure to sales teams (field or telesales) is preferred.
