Assistant Manager at Columbia Mall

We are currently hiring for a Full Time Assistant Manager who is responsible, dependable, and who loves helping people with their weddings. In addition to competitive pay, Assistant Managers can earn sales commission!

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered
• Working with co-workers to provide excellent customer service experience
• Assisting wedding couples with choosing formalwear for their wedding
• Taking orders and measuring rental customers
• Striving to make personal goals as well as work with co-workers to make store goals

Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• MUST HAVE open availability. Saturday and Sunday availability is REQUIRED
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance
• Good communication skills
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Hourly plus possibility for commission. Eligible for benefits after 90 days

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour + commission
