    Description

    As a key member of the Digital Business division, the Assistant Manager, Amazon – Derm/Luxe will work closely with account managers and brand teams of our Dermaclinical and Luxury brands operating on Amazon. This role is responsible for managing Amazon catalog operations, new product launches, site health, reporting and vendor coordination to support business growth and operational excellence. This role partners closely with Amazon Vendor Specialists and internal account managers/brand teams to ensure products are accurately represented, launched on time, complaint with brand guidelines and optimized for performance. 

    Responsibilities: 

    • Serve as the primary liaison with Amazon Vendor Specialists and cross-functional partners to support catalog initiatives, product launches, issue resolution, and ongoing business operations. 
    • Manage end-to-end catalog maintenance, including new item setup (NIS), variation creation, GTIN submissions, node updates, code changes, pricing updates, buy box monitoring, and launch readiness activities. 
    • Monitor and improve catalog health by conducting regular site audits, resolving suppressions, pricing discrepancies, third-party seller issues, Andon Cords, HRIPT cases, and driving Item Data Quality (IDQ) improvements. 
    • Coordinate launch execution and partner communications, including launch readiness updates, MAP pricing alignment, catalog updates, and product information distribution. 
    • Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring business performance reporting, including sales recaps, conversion reports, advertising performance reports, MOB reports, and ad hoc business analyses for stakeholders. 
    • Provide operational and administrative support through meeting recaps, financial consultation submissions, product sample management, partner shipments, and other responsibilities as requested. 

    Job Requirements:  

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field 
    • 2-4 years of experience working with Amazon (1P/3P) with Vendor and/or Seller Central experience  
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint 
    • SAP experience an added plus but not required 
    • Beauty experience a plus not a requirement 
    • Strong communication skills; must be able to present to leadership and present data in a comprehensive manner
