Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production and direct team members efficiently
• Open and close the restaurant ensuring smooth operations
• Prepare inventory orders and set up cash tills accurately
• Make delicious pizzas and other food products maintaining quality standards
• Take customer orders over the phone and in person with enthusiasm
• Hire, train, and motivate employees to deliver excellent service
• Deliver orders when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
• Drive sales growth and expand customer base through excellent management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Preferred restaurant management experience
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a criminal background check
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to work within a 15-mile radius of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability for 8-hour shifts including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
