Assistant Manager Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year as a manager in a quick service industry
Guest first mentality
Open availability
Understanding of cost controls and budget management
At least 18 years of age
High individual standards
Basic math skills
Desire to develop and grow
Scheduling and/or inventory experience is not a must but welcomed
