Were looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Red Bud location (1506 S Main St). As an Assistant Manager, youll play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and team success in a fast-paced environment. Youll work alongside our management team to ensure exceptional service delivery, maintain high standards of quality and sanitation, and develop a strong, engaged team. • Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• Oversee daily operations including product quality, sanitation standards, cost control, and inventory management
• Handle customer relations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring exceptional service experiences
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Make sound, decisive judgments to resolve operational challenges and support team needs
• Conduct training sessions to equip team members with essential skills and knowledge
• Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain transparent communication with management and team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Support scheduling and staffing needs with flexibility and organizational efficiency

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience (if 18 years old) or 1 year driving experience (if 19 years or older)
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Dependable vehicle with current proof of auto insurance
• Demonstrated desire and ability to lead and motivate people
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent customer service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Solid understanding of operational management (product quality, sanitation, cost control, inventory)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Sound judgment and empathetic approach to team management
• Flexible availability to meet business needs
• High level of reliability, work ethic, and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
