Were looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Bridgeton location. As an Assistant Manager, youll play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and team success in a fast-paced environment. Youll work alongside our management team to ensure exceptional service delivery, maintain high standards of quality and sanitation, and develop a strong, engaged team. • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive workplace culture
• Oversee daily operations including inventory management, cost control, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, sanitation protocols, and company policies across all operations
• Manage customer relations and address concerns with empathy and professionalism to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Train and develop team members through hands-on coaching and constructive feedback to build their skill sets
• Handle high-pressure situations with sound judgment and decisiveness, particularly during peak operational periods
• Analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
• Communicate transparently with upper management regarding team performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives
• Schedule staff effectively while maintaining flexibility to respond to business needs
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members to ensure a smooth integration into the organization

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience (if under 19) or 1 year (if 19 or older)
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Dependable vehicle with current proof of auto insurance
• Proven leadership experience with a demonstrated desire to lead and develop people
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels
• Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding expectations
• Proficiency in multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of inventory control, cost management, and operational procedures
• Familiarity with quality assurance and sanitation standards
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Flexible availability to accommodate business scheduling needs
• Organized approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to remain resilient and motivated in challenging situations
