    • Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of employees, creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive
    • Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and facility maintenance
    • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
    • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly, professionally, and with empathy
    • Train and develop new team members, providing constructive feedback and supporting their career growth
    • Collaborate with the General Manager to analyze performance metrics, implement strategic improvements, and achieve organizational goals
    • Manage cash handling, financial reporting, and reconciliation responsibilities with accuracy and transparency
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment that reflects our commitment to excellence
    • Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic setting
    • Demonstrate analytical thinking to solve problems decisively and implement effective solutions

    Qualifications

    • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse team members and customers
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills
    • Demonstrated customer service orientation with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences
    • Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems
    • Experience with inventory management and financial reconciliation
    • Knowledge of compliance, safety standards, and best practices in operations
    • Valid drivers license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
    • Clean driving record
    • Ability to pass a criminal background check
    • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
    • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain resilient under pressure
    • Strong training and development capabilities
    • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
    • Previous experience in food service, retail management, or similar operational roles (preferred)
