Description

Assistant Maintenance Technician Central City Toyota – West Philadelphia, PA 

Position: Assistant Maintenance Technician at Central City Toyota in Philadelphia, PA.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

This full-time, Monday through Friday day shift role offers an excellent opportunity to work hands-on maintaining and improving dealership and collision center facilities within a stable, family-owned business.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine facility maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building tasks.
  • Maintain dealership grounds and exterior areas.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and seasonal property tasks such as snow removal.
  • Help maintain shop equipment and coordinate with outside contractors as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
  • Respond promptly to facility maintenance requests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous maintenance or handyman experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical systems helpful.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs).
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record.
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
