Assistant Maintenance Technician (HVAC & CPO Certified) - Property Management
We are a growing property management company dedicated to providing safe, well‑maintained, and welcoming communities for our residents. We're seeking a dependable and skilled Assistant Maintenance Technician who brings strong technical ability, excellent customer service, and the required HVAC and CPO certifications.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $24-$25 per hour
Location: Loveland, CO 80537
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across the property
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (must be HVAC certified)
- Complete work orders efficiently with high‑quality workmanship
- Conduct plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Maintain pools in compliance with CPO standards, including chemical balancing and equipment upkeep
- Assist with make‑ready turns to prepare units for new residents
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and property policies
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members
Qualifications
- HVAC certification required
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required
- 1+ year of maintenance experience in property management, facilities, or a related field
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
