Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $20.6 - $42.85 per hour; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location. We will meet minimum wage and/or any other applicable legal pay requirements based on city, county, and state requirements.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As part of the product management team, this role will partner with design, fabric, merchandising, sourcing, IT and systems teams to ensure the full end-to-end made to measure experience meets the client's needs and creates a seamless experience. The assistant will support the Made to Measure business with operational excellence, managing critical development cycles and data systems to deliver the premium Purple Label experience our clients expect.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order Management & PO Creation - Own Purchase Order creation and management for Purple Label and Polo Made to Measure orders from initiation through completion
• Cross-Functional Partnership - Collaborate closely with design teams to produce and launch compelling store assets that strengthen sales performance and brand presentation
• Fabric Analysis & Optimization - Analyze fabric swatch performance data to identify white space opportunities, recommend assortment edits, and support seasonal planning initiatives
• Sourcing Coordination - Partner with Italy Sourcing office to maintain critical order deadlines, track production status, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process
• Data Management Excellence - Maintain accuracy and integrity of product data across multiple systems including Airtable, SAP, GFE, and PLM platforms
• Development Cycle Support - Support seasonal development timelines by coordinating and executing new book launches, partnering with fabric to identify white space opportunities and managing technical specification updates on order forms
• Purchase Order Administration - Input, update, and finalize all aspects of Purchase Orders ensuring accuracy in pricing, delivery dates, and technical specifications

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Operational Excellence - Demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and process improvement with strong attention to detail
• Systems Proficiency - Knowledge of SAP, Airtable, PLM systems preferred; willingness to learn and master multiple technology platforms
• Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with Excel (intermediate level), Word, and PowerPoint in a corporate environment
• Fashion/Retail Background - Understanding of product development cycles, manufacturing processes, and luxury retail operations preferred
• Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication abilities with experience collaborating across multiple departments and external partners
• Analytical Mindset - Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Project Management - Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
