JOB TITLE: Full Time Assistant Infant & Toddler Teacher DEPARTMENT: Infant and Toddler Center REPORTS TO: Director of the Infant and Toddler Center FLSA STATUS: Hourly Non-Exempt SUMMARY: The Infant & Toddler Center seeks a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Full-Time Infant & Toddler Assistant Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in providing a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment for children ages 6 weeks to 2 years. The ideal candidate demonstrates patience, flexibility, and genuine joy in working with young children. Full-time assistant teachers typically work 30–40 hours per week. Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with parents and/or employees of an organization. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
