At Juanita K Hammons Hall, Assistant House Managers are responsible for the front of house operations during the run of a performance or event. This includes the lobby and audience areas. Assistant House Managers welcome the public to the theatre and oversee their safety and well-being before, during, and immediately after a show. They are responsible for opening and closing the house before and after a show with diligence and speed. They need to be able to communicate well, and work as a team with fellow employees. This position also works closely with Hammons Hall volunteers, who serve as ushers and ticket-takers. An assistant house manager needs to be friendly, punctual, and reliable.

Please note: This is a public-facing position and requires a professional appearance. Assistant House Managers will be provided with a uniform shirt/vest. Employees are responsible for providing and wearing black dress pants or a black skirt, black dress shoes, and black socks that comply with the dress code.
Required Qualifications
Customer service experience, ability to lift up to 40 pounds for short periods of time, and flexible schedule.
