Assistant Health Center Manager
The Assistant Health Center Manager supports the Health Center Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations to ensure efficient, patient-centered care in alignment with FQHC standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth clinic workflows, supporting administrative functions, and fostering clear communication among team members. The Assistant Health Center Manager collaborates closely with support staff to ensure alignment and optimal performance.
Location:
This position is based in Arden - Sacramento, CA (95825) and will also extend coverage to the Carmichael location (95608).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare administrative role, with proven capabilities in:
Understanding clinic operations
Managing scheduling systems
Addressing team communication needs
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), preferably EPIC
Strong commitment to equitable, patient-centered care
Valid CPR or BLS Certification
