Responsibilities:Plan, organize and conduct practice sessions and adjust coaching techniques based on the strengths and weaknesses of playersArrange sports-related activities such as training camps, skills improvement courses and pre-season tryoutsEvaluate players' skills and review their performance records to determine their fitness levelsStrategize game play, aimed at ensuring success during each game sessionExplain and enforce safety rules and regulations to players and ensure that they comprehend them properlyMotivate team members by providing them with positive feedback and assisting them through their weaknessesMonitor each player to determine his strengths and weaknesses and ensure that they are addressed immediatelyAnalyze the strengths and weaknesses of opposing teams to develop exact game strategiesOversee the development and implementation of bowling programs and budgetsCreate and implement practice sessions that are both instructive and stimulating in natureHandle emergencies and those brought on by injuries by practicing CPR and First AidModel sports-like behavior and maintain appropriate conduct towards players and spectatorsAscertain that all sports equipment and supplies are procured in a time efficient mannerHandle different aspects of the bowling team including strength and conditioning, practicing, competing and scheduling.
