Join our dynamic team as a Culver's Manager, where you'll lead with energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional food service experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and create a welcoming environment for both team members and guests. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a positive team culture, and ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Duties

• Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency
• Manage labor percentage, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team committed to exceptional customer service
• Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste, FIFO
• Handle cash management duties such as cash handling, POS (Point of Sale)
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas
• Assist in hiring processes by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified team members for various roles
• Support shift management by coordinating daily activities, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management within quick service or fast food environments
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking procedures, and food handling safety standards
• Experience with relatable POS systems
• Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Prior experience in casual dining or quick service restaurants is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train staff and foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment
