Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a dynamic team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage daily restaurant operations including P&L, food cost, and labor control
• Ensure a fun, clean, and safe environment for guests and staff
• Drive speed and quality in breakfast and drive-thru service
• Promote teamwork and a positive workplace culture

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and team success
• Experience managing P&L, food cost, and labor is highly valued
• Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and overtime

• Full-time position with 10-hour shifts
• Day and night shifts available
