Assistant General Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll lead shifts, coach team members, and help turn restaurant goals into consistent daily results. As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations, develop the team, and deliver a great experience for guests.

As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations, develop the team, and deliver a great experience for guests. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll lead shifts, coach team members, and help turn restaurant goals into consistent daily results.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead shifts and support smooth daily operations
• Coach and develop team members and emerging leaders
• Support hiring, training, and onboarding
• Partner with the General Manager on food safety, quality, and operational standards
• Help monitor financial results, inventory, and cost controls
• Build a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership ability with 2+ years of management experience (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and financial management skills
• A passion for leading people and creating positive guest experiences
• Dependability, humility, and a commitment to excellence
• Must be willing to work 50 hours a week
• A positive, motivating leadership style that builds trust and inspires others
