Seeking a Franchise Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a shift team of 10+ members, ensuring guests feel at home and maintaining high product quality.
Responsible for managing the P&L through strategic planning, controlling expenses, and implementing initiatives to boost sales and encourage repeat business.
Will promote excellent customer service, handle ordering, local marketing, and act as a brand ambassador.
Requires 3+ years of QSR restaurant management experience in team building, sales promotions, customer service, hiring, training, marketing, inventory, and scheduling.
Familiar with managing systems, food safety, sanitation, setting goals, delegating, and reporting.
Must hold ServSafe certification.
Flexible schedule with 5-day, 10-hour shifts.
Salary ranges from $50-60K plus a 10% monthly bonus, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) with match, vacation, and PTO.
