The Assistant Manager is responsible for executing the store plan to achieve established standards, sales and profits by staffing, personnel training, operating, and maintaining the store such that guest satisfaction is maximized. The Assistant General Manager reports to the General Manager and Regional Director of Operations.

Develops appropriate plans to resolve unfavorable trends in controllables, QA, sales and profits

Build, motivate, and train a team required to operate store

Deliver excellent service to guests
EXPECTATIONS OF MANAGERS:

Ability to manage a profit and loss statement, control labor costs, food costs and other business related functions

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Twelve (12) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
