As an Assistant General Manager, your #1 priority is driving daily membership sales, contacting leads, and creating a high-performance sales culture—all while delivering a world-class member experience. You’ll lead from the front by hitting personal sales goals, developing a strong in-studio community, and mentoring a results-driven team. This is a sales-first position ideal for someone who thrives on metrics, motivation, and movement.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation (Top Priority) Consistently meet and exceed personal sales goals Drive weekly lead generation through: Local business outreach Grassroots events and pop-ups Referral programs Community engagement partnerships Execute the LASER sales process to convert leads to long-term members Collaborate with General Manager to forecast and execute against weekly/monthly revenue targetsStrategic Planning & Performance Management Participate in weekly strategy meetings and monthly sales reviews Leverage reports to identify performance gaps and implement solutions Optimize all studio revenue streams: memberships, class packages, and retailRetention & Member Experience Build rapport with every member to support satisfaction and retention Address and resolve member concerns with urgency and care Implement proactive strategies like check-ins for low-usage members, milestonerewards, and VIP member touchpoints Monitor daily retention reports and manage follow-up tasksTeam Leadership & Culture Aid GM in recruiting, onboarding, and developing an exceptional sales and front desk team Participate in regular sales training, coaching, and role-play sessions Motivate the team to exceed targets with a clear path to commissions and incentives Uphold Club Pilates’s brand values through consistent team accountability and culturebuildingStudio Operations Day-to-day operations, cleanliness, and presentation of the studio Aid GM in managing staff schedules and class coverage to ensure optimal studio flow Enforce compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and Rumble policies Be onsite full-time, including evenings and weekends as requiredQualifications 2+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in fitness, hospitality, or service-basedindustries Proven success in hitting personal sales goals High-energy leadership style with the ability to inspire and train team members Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving Passionate about fitness
