The AGM will support the General Manager and Kitchen Manager in directing day-to-day operations for Mason's Downeast and provide ongoing support to teams and staff. Their duties include to help create and enforce policies and procedures, assist with coaching and training and directly overseeing staff. The correct candidate will possess leadership skills as well as have previous restaurant management experience and will be goal oriented.
