Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead hourly employees through coaching, performance evaluations, and discipline.
• Set work schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while managing food costs, inventory, and compliance with health standards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Provide and coordinate training for Front of House and Back of House team members.
• Foster a positive culture that supports associate growth and productivity.
• Collaborate with Managing Partners to control food, supply, and liquor costs.
• Ensure compliance with food handling, company policies, and labor regulations.
