Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and strategic planning
• Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Manage hiring, training, and retention of enthusiastic team members
• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service excellence
• Monitor sales, profits, and productivity to meet business goals

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience as a shift lead or manager in full service, casual dining, or quick service restaurant
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for team building and employee development
• Knowledge of financial statements, sales reports, and performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members
• Proficiency in desktop software and labor management tools
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage time and priorities efficiently

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Flexible availability including days, nights, and weekends within the metro area
• Able to stand or walk for up to 10-hour shifts
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and performing physical tasks such as bending and stooping
