About the Role
A high-performing, growth-minded Assistant General Manager is needed to join a dynamic $6M annual revenue restaurant concept in Columbus, OH. Specializing in elevated comfort food and experiential hospitality in partnership with Revival XP, this bustling venue attracts a premium clientele seeking a distinct dining alternative. With plans to scale the concept to 3–4 new locations, this opportunity offers immediate operational leadership and immense long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Operations: Partner with senior leadership to oversee daily service for a fast-paced $6M revenue business, ensuring exceptional food quality, service standards, and guest engagement.
- BOH Leadership & Collaboration: Work directly with the Back of House (BOH) team to ensure seamless line flow, food safety, kitchen efficiency, and strong cross-departmental synergy.
- Drive Operational Creativity: Bring innovative, creative ideas to food presentation, guest experience, operational efficiency, and team motivation.
- Business & Cost Control: Help manage labor scheduling, inventory control, waste reduction, and daily operational expenses to support P&L health.
- Expansion Preparation: Help standardise systems, train leadership talent, and build operational Playbooks as the concept prepares to open 3 to 4 new regional locations.
Ideal Qualifications
- Restaurant Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing in high-volume ($4M+ revenue) or upscale-casual dining settings.
- BOH Aptitude: Strong literacy in kitchen operations, line execution, and culinary team management.
- Growth Orientation: Proven adaptability and a creative, forward-thinking approach suited for expanding brands.
- Tech & Management Tools: Familiarity with modern POS platforms, scheduling tools, and food/beverage inventory management software.
Compensation & Benefits
