Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, leadership-driven Assistant General Manager to join our team in Georgetown, KY. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and maintain the high standard of hospitality that the Hampton Inn brand is known for. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Daily Operations: Oversee front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and the breakfast area to ensure smooth daily workflows.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor hourly staff while fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Resolve guest feedback proactively and maintain top-tier guest satisfaction and cleanliness scores.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist the General Manager with inventory control, labor budget management, and vendor invoices.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure the property strictly adheres to Hilton Quality Assurance (QA) standards and safety audits.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of hotel operations experience, with at least 1 year in a hospitality supervisory or management role.
  • System Skills: Experience with Hilton’s PeP (Property Engagement Platform) is highly preferred.
  • Schedule: Required availability for weekends and some holidays.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Hospitality or Business degree preferred.
