Responsibilities

• Assist in daily restaurantoperations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Support the General Manager in team leadership and staff development
• Maintain high standards of food quality and ensure excellent guest service
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Learn all aspects of running a profitable restaurant

Qualifications

• Assistant Manager or Shift Leader restaurantexperience required
• Positive attitude and strong workethic
• Ability to lead a team andcommunicate effectively
• Desire to grow into a GeneralManager role
• Open availability including weekends and some evenings
