Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Creates a great energy in the restaurant and sets the team up for success
- Empowers the team through Yes I Can
- Coaches and motivates the Shift Leaders and crew members
- Develops top-grade talent
- Recognizes the team with U-Rock and Fresh, Friendly and Fast tools
- Ensures a fresh, friendly, and fast service experience for guests
- Supports the Restaurant General Manager in local marketing and events
- Maintains the balance between employee and guest experience and financial goals
- Monitors business performance and inventory efficiencies
- Ensures the restaurant is safe, sanitary, and appealing
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent people leadership and guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication with guests, team members, and leaders
- Problem-solving in compliance with Krystal standards
- Availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of management experience
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Consistent product preparation and inventory handling
- Proper lifting procedures and kneeling
