We're seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead the operations of a high-volume restaurant and bar within an upscale hotel. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded Food & Beverage professional with experience managing both front-of-house operations and bar service in a fast-paced, upscale environment. What You'll Do

• Assist the General Manager in leading all daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Inspire, coach, and develop front-of-house managers and hourly team members.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Partner with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor labor, food, and beverage costs while driving profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all company standards, health regulations, and alcohol service requirements.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Help execute special events, banquets, and hotel Food & Beverage initiatives.
• Step into the General Manager's role as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant or hotel management experience, including leadership at the Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Food & Beverage Manager level.
• Strong background in upscale dining, hotels, resorts, or high-volume hospitality operations.
• Well-rounded knowledge of both restaurant and bar operations.
• Experience managing financial performance, labor, inventory, and cost controls.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
