Are you passionate about fitness, leadership, and creating an incredible member experience? We're looking for an energetic, results-driven Assistant General Manager to help lead one of the fastest-growing Crunch Fitness franchises.

What You'll Do
Help lead the daily operations of a high-volume fitness club.
Coach and develop front desk team members.
Drive membership sales and member engagement.
Deliver an exceptional member experience every day.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility.
Hire, onboard, and train new team members.
Monitor club performance and key business metrics.
Step into the General Manager role when needed.
Build a positive, high-energy culture focused on accountability and results.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of leadership or management experience.
40 Hour work week availability (SAT-WED)
Sales and customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Ability to motivate and develop others.
High level of accountability and professionalism.
Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented.
Comfortable working evenings and weekends as business needs require.
Passion for fitness and helping people succeed.
