Lead membership sales performance while ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional customer satisfaction. Coach, train, and motivate staff, oversee daily club operations, enforce SOP compliance, support KPI achievement, handle member concerns, and drive outreach and retention initiatives in partnership with the GM.
