An established and growing quick service concept is looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead restaurant operations in College Station. This role is perfect for an energetic leader who enjoys developing people while delivering outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all daily restaurant operations
• Hire, train, and coach team members
• Ensure food quality and cleanliness standards
• Manage scheduling and labor
• Help drive sales and profitability

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for guest service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
