Emmetts is a thriving NYC pizza group on the heels opening our much anticipated uptown location, and we're looking for aspiring restauranteurs, hungry, and serious about running restaurants not just working in them. You'll work across our locations, own real projects from day one, and learn the business the way it actually works P&L, staffing, service, the Friday night rush.

You'll work across our locations, own real projects from day one, and learn the business the way it actually works P&L, staffing, service, the Friday night rush. You'll work directly with owner and upper management. This is a fast track to a much valued position within a growing company.

What we're looking for:

- You've worked in restaurants and you know you want more

- You're driven, coachable, and you show up early

- You care about the details and the people equally
