Our newly opened, high-energy full-service restaurant is looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead the charge during one of the most exciting phases a concept can be in: the beginning. Great food, craft cocktails, and an elevated guest experience are at the core of everything we do. What You'll Do

You'll partner with the GM to lead daily FOH operations and set the standard for every shift. You'll build, inspire, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team while owning the guest experience from first impression to final goodbye. You'll keep operations sharp, with systems, standards, and service all running at a high level, and help drive the sales performance and culture that makes this place worth coming back to. As an early leader here, you'll also play a real role in establishing the habits and processes that define this restaurant long-term.

What You Bring

• Two or more years of restaurant management experience in a full-service or polished casual environment.
• New restaurant opening experience is a significant plus given where we are in our journey.
• You're a natural leader who connects with people, solves problems quickly, and keeps your composure when the floor gets busy
• You have a genuine guest-first mindset and a love for elevated hospitality, and you're hungry to grow.
• There's a clear path to GM here for the right person
