Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements such as power purchase, joint development, supply, and water agreements; offering strategic advice on transaction structures; managing outside counsel; and participating in meetings with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications include a JD from an accredited institution, at least 10 years of relevant legal experience, licensure to practice law in the U.S., and strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
