Riggs Washington DC sits on the iconic downtown corner of Penn Quarter's 9th and F Street in a historic building once home to Riggs National Bank. Who we're looking for
This second in command leadership role will coordinate and work directly with the Front Office Manager to ensure the highest levels of Guest Service. This position will supervise Guest Service Agents, Bell Staff and Valet. This high profile leadership role will participate in all hotel management meetings, financial reviews, guest service index analysis, VIP Guest focus and of course colleague and guest problem solving.
