Assistant Front Office Manager \u2013 Hyatt Place AlUla\n \nWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.\n \nHyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 214 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.\n \nYour Role\n \nAs the Assistant Front Office Manager, you'll support the Front Office Manager in leading the pre-opening and operational readiness of the Front Office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional guest experiences.\n \nThis role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with care, and supports the development of a high-performing team while maintaining Hyatt brand standards.\n \nKey Responsibilities\n\n Support pre-opening front office setup, systems implementation, and team readiness\n Supervise daily front office operations including reception, guest services, and night audit\n Ensure seamless guest arrival and departure experiences\n Handle guest feedback, service recovery, and escalation management\n Assist with scheduling, payroll, and departmental administration\n Train, coach, and motivate front office colleagues\n\n
