We are seeking a high-energy, detail oriented, assistant front of house manager to join our leadership team. Responsibilities include: Supervise, mentor and motivate FOH staff. Lead from the floor during service, managing guest flow, seating and service pacing while actively engaging with guests and handling feedback or complaints to ensure a positive dining experience. Help train new hires to meet our standards. Must have 2+ years of experience in a hospitality "lead" role. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and guests. Proficiency with POS systems and basic software.
