Located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, we serve a fabulous four-course feast to thousands of guests every night alongside a high-energy, world-class arena show. We are seeking a high-energy, dynamic individual to join our management team and help lead our fast-paced culinary and beverage operations. Job SummaryAs the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to oversee back-of-house and front-of-house dinner service logistics. You will play a critical role in managing a high-volume kitchen, and ensuring that our guests receive legendary Southern hospitality. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Manage daily kitchen operations and food production lines to ensure seamless, synchronized food delivery during showtimes.Staff Training & Development: Motivate team members in food preparation, safety compliance, and guest service.Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality standards for all food items while actively enforcing waste-prevention protocols.Safety & Sanitation: Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local health, safety, and sanitation practices (HAACP regulations).Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate clear, rapid communication between the kitchen preparation team and the arena serving staff to maintain show schedules.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience: Preferred but not required 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a kitchen or dinner-theater environment.Knowledge: Understanding of large-scale kitchen processes, commercial equipment, and food safety protocolsSchedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the show schedule.Benefits & PerksCompetitive salary based on experienceComprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance plans401(k) retirement savings plan with company matchPaid Time OffSignificant employee discounts on tickets and merchandise across local attractions
