About the Role
As our Assistant Fitness Coach, you will combine health and fitness coaching with client accountability, program support, and organized behind-the-scenes coordination.
You will work closely with the founders of Identity Evolution and the coaching team to ensure every client feels supported, informed, and motivated throughout her journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Review weekly client check-in forms, food tracking, progress data, and training plans.
- Hold clients accountable for completing check-ins, coaching calls, forms, and assigned actions.
- Lead virtual orientation calls and guide new clients through the full onboarding process.
- Modify training programs and nutrition protocols under the company’s established coaching approach.
- Host group Zoom coaching calls and maintain accurate client progress documentation.
- Respond to client emails, messages, comments, calls, and general inquiries with care and professionalism.
- Post program updates, educational content, event reminders, helpful resources, and encouragement in client Facebook groups.
- Support the coordination of live events, retreats, and company projects.
- Identify client concerns that require the CEO’s attention and communicate them promptly.
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of personal training, fitness coaching, or comparable client-coaching experience.
- A current fitness or health certification, health-related degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week during regular business hours, with limited weekend availability when needed.
- Confidence leading Zoom and phone calls from a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Clear written and spoken communication with strong client-service skills.
- The judgment to protect confidential client and company information.
- Comfort using email, shared documents, scheduling systems, and online communication platforms.
- The ability to prioritize urgent client needs, solve problems independently, and remain composed during demanding situations.
- Experience with Trainerize and MyFitnessPal is preferred.
- To succeed as an Assistant Fitness Coach, you must be caring, coachable, dependable, and genuinely committed to helping clients grow.

Compensation and Schedule
- $20–$30 per hour
- Full-time opportunities available
- 20–40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday in person
- Regular business-hour availability required
- Occasional weekend availability may be needed
