Position Overview: The Assistant Financial Center Manager is a senior, hands-on leader who partners with the Financial Center Manager to drive business growth, client loyalty, colleague performance and operational integrity within a larger, higher-volume or more complex Financial Center. The role independently manages complex client needs and delegated business-plan responsibilities, provides structured coaching and serves as the primary acting manager when the Financial Center Manager is unavailable. This position helps build bench strength, reinforces consistent execution and connects clients to the full capabilities of Peapack.

Qualifications
Supervision:
Direct Reports: None formally assigned unless designated; provides daily work direction, coaching and performance input as delegated.
Indirect Reports: Financial Center colleagues when serving as acting manager or leading assigned initiatives.
External and Vendor Relationships:
Financial Center clients and prospects, business owners, community and civic organizations, professional networks, centers of influence, referral partners and other external parties involved in business development and client service.

The approximate pay range for this position is $65,000 to $83,000, plus an opportunity to earn performance-based incentives. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
