Assistant Event Manager – Entry Level

We’re hiring an Assistant Event Manager to support the planning and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, community outreach programs, and customer engagement activities.

This is a full-time entry-level opportunity for motivated, organized, and people-focused individuals who want to develop skills in event management, customer service, marketing, sales, communications, and leadership.

No previous event management experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with coordinating and executing live events and promotional activities
• Support event setup, registration, presentations, and breakdown
• Help coordinate team members during events and outreach activities
• Engage with customers, attendees, and community members
• Provide information about programs, services, and promotions
• Support customer service and community engagement efforts
• Assist with event materials, displays, and promotional activities
• Help track daily goals and event results
• Participate in team meetings, training, and leadership development
• Take on additional event and team responsibilities as you gain experience
