The PT Assistant Equipment Manager is a vital part of the operations of Hobart and William Smith Athletics. The PT Assistant Equipment Manager works with others to support all 31 intercollegiate, multi-divisional sports (NCAA Division I & III) at HWS, with approximately 800 student athletes. The PT Assistant Equipment Manager will report to the Asst AD for Equipment and Operations and will have responsibilities in these areas: supervising student workers, inventory, equipment and uniform issue, shipping/receiving, and equipment maintenance, along with facility upkeep.

This is a part-time, termed hourly position for the fall 2026 semester only. This position description is not all-inclusive as other tasks or responsibilities may be assigned. Tentative hours are 8:30-12:00pm during the week (could vary). Evening and weekend work may be required. Hourly rate: $30
