    Required Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS)
    • 4 years of student organization or student wellness support, or other relevant higher education experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) Preferred
    • 3 years of higher education student program development, work with student organizations, or other substantive student affairs experience in higher education
    • Ability to develop, plan, assess, and successfully implement student programs
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to students, staff, and faculty
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • General understanding of administrative and academic issues in higher education
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all work-related matters
