Assistant Director, Ryan White Program

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direction of the Director and the Sr. Director, the Assistant Director is responsible for general department operations, grant administration, productivity monitoring and reporting. Promotes the University Health System vision of Triple Aim PLUS and assures all projects are executed within the expectations of internal and external stakeholders. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, management or related field is required with 5 years of relevant work experience in research, grants development and management, and community-based/public health services. Master’s Degree preferred. Must have proven working knowledge of resource analysis, data collection, reporting requirements, grants solicitation and management, presentation skills, and knowledge and experience in working with government organizations.
