Job Description
UWMC - Radiology has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Director of Radiology. This position will report to the Director of Radiology and leadership team.
WORK SCHEDULE
POSITION SUMMARY
The Radiology Assistant Director is responsible for assisting the Director of Radiology with all aspects of the department operations and functions. The Assistant Director will oversee the radiology operations of various modalities at all the UWMC Radiology campuses. This will require frequent travel to these locations to assure consistent service standards, evaluate operations, and provide leadership and structure for the department. This position is responsible for all aspects of the patient and provider experience associated with Radiology.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Science, Radiology, or Business
Professional Certification or License: ARRT.
5 or more years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist and in good standing with the ARRT.
7 years of direct leadership experience including direct reports, operations, and financial responsibility. Demonstrated experience in planning, construction, and equipment installs. Analytic and critical thinking skills, process improvement experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, change management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, RIS, and PACS systems

Pay Range Minimum:
$170,004.00 annual
Pay Range Maximum:
$230,004.00 annual
