    In this role, you will oversee a team of 2 Sales Managers and 1 team administrator while also managing a west coast sales region. This position will sit on-site at Conrad Orlando with overnight or weekend travel required 4-5 times a year. This role is approximately 60% sales and 40% team leadership.

    The ideal candidate will have strong group sales experience with a solid understanding of luxury group dynamics. 5+ years'' experience as a Senior Sales Manager or higher required within a full-service resort of 200 rooms or more.

    Luxury resort experience and west coast region sales experience preferred.
