The Assistant Director of Residence Life plays a key role in cultivating a dynamic and exceptional on-campus residential experience for our students. The Assistant Director of Residence Life oversees intentional and innovative training and developmental processes for student leaders, shapes residential initiatives, supervises and provides strategic direction to an Area Director, and ultimately plays a central role in creating transformative residential communities for our students.
