Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADON)

What you will do:Under the supervision of the DON, you'll assume responsibility and accountability for assigned core programsResponsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking, and preventionPrimary staff development/educatorMake frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessaryEnsure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned, and stocked appropriatelyParticipate in development and implementation of resident specific care plansAny other tasks as directed by the DONMust have:Current Washington RN license without any enforcement action against itMinimum one year in a supervisory role in a skilled nursing setting preferredCaldera Cares for you! As required by state and local law, Spokane Falls Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Spokane Falls Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:Pay Range: $110,000-$120,000 DOE.
